My Weight Loss Story to a Size 4!!!

I still can't believe it some days. Seriously!!

Today: I'm a size 4. I never ever thought it would be possible!!
I always said that I am bigger boned and that was just a fact of life.

At my heaviest, I was a size 13 and close to 170lbs!
I think I still have those pants somewhere in my closet.

I played tons of sports during highschool and even in University. But once I stopped playing sports and started studying everyday for 8+ hours and eating fast food...the pounds kept creeping and creeping on. Pants started getting tighter, but I love, just love different kinds of food. It's one of those love -hate relationships.

So over the next 10 years, I battled with my weight. It was a yo-yo affect. I'd be able to lose around 10 pounds by counting calories, but then a few months would fly by and I'd cave into a binge, which turned into another and so on. Eventually, I would step upon that dreaded scale and find that I was back to where I started.

The Battle with Losing Weight

So we have all been there. At least most of us have been except for a "lucky" few who seem to be able to eat anything and not put on weight.

I've battled with trying to be skinnier or lose weight for such a long time. There were days when I longed to be back in my high school days where I really was thin, but for some stupid reason still thought I was FAT. Even back then I remember trying Slim Fast shakes and eating less than 1000 calories per day. (Which is NOT good for you) We should be having 1200-1500 calories per day minimum!

So I've started this blog since over the past year, I've been asked by many of my friends and family about how I lost weight because it has been so noticeable!
